Owner
Walter Cusson literally grew up in the Window and Door business. Cusson Sash Company was started in 1946 by his father and uncle, and his mother and aunt ran the office. Walter was still in grammar school when he first began working in the shop, at 16 he started making windows and screens, and by the time he was 20, he was Cusson Sash Company’s lead estimator. Today, as owner, he still calls on every customer to introduce our complete line of superior doors, windows and porch enclosures.
Howard Rath
LEAD Installation & Repair Technician
Howard joined Cusson Sash Company in 1972 and is our most experienced door, window and porch enclosure installation expert. Howard is a master craftsman on in-house manufacturing and repairs as well as on-site work. With over 42 years on the job, no installation challenge is too great for Howard’s meticulous attention to detail, and no job is done until he – and you – are perfectly satisfied!
Joshua Rodrigues
INSTALLATION & REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Josh came to Cusson Sash Company before he was old enough to vote and he’s still with us. Josh has mastered every aspect of the manufacturing and repair work in the shop. When Josh installs your new windows, doors or porch you can be assured that the installation will be done right and your home will be respected before, during and after the job is done.
Aimee Cusson Marone
OFFICE MANAGER
Aimee is a third-generation Cusson Sash Company employee, and has also grown up around the window and door business. Aimee went from sorting screws in the shop as a young girl, to now running the office and keeping the day to day business on track. Along with face to face customer service, Aimee is also works behind the scenes responsible for the accounting, as well as processing and maintaining records of all transactions, schedules and orders, so your experience with Cusson’s is an organized one.

Pam will greet you when you call our office or visit our Glastonbury showroom. She keeps every keeps every purchase and repair on track so your customer experience is smooth and seamless.
